Welcome to WealthNex. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at wealthnex.io (the "Site"), including the WealthNex Credit Certification Program (WCCP), the WealthNex Certified Consultant (WCC) credential, the free Credit 101 program, the WealthNex Credit Network community, and any related content, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by [WealthNex LLC] (WealthNex). By accessing the Site, creating an account, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, enroll in the WCCP, or purchase any Service.

  • By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.

  • The Services are educational. WealthNex does not verify professional licensing status, and it is your responsibility to determine whether additional licenses or registrations are required in your jurisdiction to operate as a credit consultant.

2. Description of Services

WealthNex provides financial and credit education, including:

  • The WealthNex Credit Certification Program (WCCP): a paid curriculum covering Foundation (credit fundamentals, consumer rights & compliance, ethics & client communication), Personal Credit (dispute strategy, debt management, score optimization, case studies), Business Credit (fundamentals, building business credit, financing strategy, case studies), and a Capstone (timed final exam and applied case-study project).

  • The WealthNex Certified Consultant (WCC) credential, awarded to students who complete the WCCP requirements.

  • Credit 101, a free introductory credit education program.

  • The WealthNex Credit Network, a public online community.

  • An account portal (“Log In”) used to access enrolled Program content.

  • WealthNex may add, modify, reprice, or discontinue any part of the Services, including course content, modules, and features, at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must notify us promptly at contact@evolvt.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.

4. Enrollment, Fees, and Payment

  • Fees for the WCCP and any other paid course are shown on the Site at the time of enrollment and are due in full at checkout unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered.

  • WealthNex may offer discounts, including bundle pricing (for example, discounts of up to 30% when purchasing two or more courses). Discount terms are as stated on the Site at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases without notice.

  • All fees are quoted and charged in USD unless stated otherwise, and are processed through our third-party payment processor. WealthNex does not store full payment card numbers.

  • You authorize WealthNex and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all fees you incur, including any applicable taxes.

  • Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. License to Use Program Content

  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, WealthNex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials, videos, templates, and other content made available through the Services (“Program Content”) solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational use.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, resell, sublicense, or otherwise share your account access or Program Content with any third party, including through file-sharing, screen-recording for redistribution, or resale of course notes, without WealthNex's prior written consent.

  • This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

6. Certification, the WCC Credential, and No Guarantee of Results

  • Completing the WCCP requires passing the timed Capstone final exam and completing the applied case-study project.

  • The WCC credential is a private certification issued by WealthNex. It is not a government-issued license and does not, by itself, authorize you to practice law, provide legal advice, or operate as a credit repair organization in any jurisdiction.

  • WealthNex does not guarantee that completing the WCCP or earning the WCC credential will result in any particular income, number of clients, or business outcome. Testimonials and student experiences shared on the Site are individual results and are not representative of the results any particular user should expect.

  • If you go on to advise, represent, or provide services to consumers regarding their credit, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including (in the United States) the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), applicable state Credit Services Organization (CSO) laws, and any equivalent laws in the jurisdiction where you operate. WealthNex's curriculum covers this framework for training purposes only and is not compliance advice for your own business.

  • WealthNex may suspend or revoke a WCC credential, or deny reissuance, if it reasonably determines a consultant has violated these Terms, the ethical standards taught in the program, or applicable law.

7. No Professional, Financial, or Legal Advice

The Services, including Credit 101 and the WCCP, provide general financial and credit education. Nothing on the Site or in any course constitutes individualized financial, legal, tax, credit-repair, or investment advice, and no advisor-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Services. Consult a qualified professional before making financial or legal decisions based on information obtained through the Services.

8. WealthNex Credit Network (Community Guidelines)

  • The WealthNex Credit Network is a public community where members may post questions, comments, and content.

  • You agree not to post unlawful content, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or deceptive, including false or misleading claims about credit-repair outcomes, or that offers unlicensed legal, tax, or credit-repair services to consumers.

  • Content posted by members reflects that member's views only. WealthNex does not review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of member posts and is not liable for them.

  • WealthNex may remove content and suspend or terminate community access at its discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site, Program Content, curriculum, exams, the names “WealthNex,” “WealthNex Credit Certification Program,” “WCCP,” “WealthNex Certified Consultant,” and “WCC,” associated logos, and all other Site content are owned by WealthNex or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 5, nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to this intellectual property.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site is built on and hosted using third-party platforms (including Wix) and may link to third-party websites or services. WealthNex does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL PROGRAM CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WEALTHNEX DOES NOT WARRANT ANY SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL, FINANCIAL, OR BUSINESS OUTCOME FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEALTHNEX AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. WEALTHNEX'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WEALTHNEX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WealthNex harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of credit consulting or related services to third parties.

14. Termination

WealthNex may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, including enrolled Program content, at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent or abusive conduct. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.

15. International Users

WealthNex serves users in the United States and internationally, and provides Services in English and Spanish. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country, including any laws governing the provision of credit-related education or consulting services. References in the Program Content to CROA, FCRA, FDCPA, and U.S. state CSO laws describe the U.S. regulatory framework for consumer credit activity; they do not replace the laws of other countries.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify enrolled students of material changes by email or through the account portal.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WealthNex regarding the Services.
