This Privacy Policy explains how WealthNex (“WealthNex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit wealthnex.io, enroll in the WealthNex Credit Certification Program (WCCP), participate in the WealthNex Credit Network, or otherwise interact with our Services. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information you provide directly

Contact form submissions: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any message you send us.

Account registration: name, email, and password (or social login credentials, if offered) when you create a Log In account.

Enrollment and billing information: name, billing address, email, and payment details when you enroll in the WCCP or another paid course. Full payment card numbers are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor and are not stored by WealthNex.

Community content: posts, comments, and profile information you share in the WealthNex Credit Network.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including relying on the security infrastructure provided by our website and payment platforms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.
